Meet The Cruise Navigator!

Welcome to The Cruise Navigator Blog!

We are so glad you are here!  Let us introduce ourselves to you.  We are Mr. & Mrs. Cruise Navigator - we are travel fanatics, and this blog is a product of years of hard "work" cruising around the world.  We are on a mission to see 100 countries, sooner rather than later.  As of the writing of this post, we have visited 59 countries, and 45 of the 50 US States.  We currently have cruises booked to gain 2 more countries in 2022, 5 countries in 2023, and 2 countries in 2024.  We have trips planned for the rest of 2022 to finish out all the US States.

Why you ask?  Why 100 countries?  Why so much travel?  We experienced on our first Europe cruise couples who were traveling for the first times in their lives and they were barely able to make it up the steps of the acropolis due to bad health and honestly old age.  We both looked at each other, and swore we wouldn't waste a single day and we'd travel as much as possible moving forward.  We have flexibility to work from anywhere and that has been a true blessing in this process.

We prefer cruising over other types of travel as a general statement.  Mrs. Cruise Navigator has a tendency to over pack making it cumbersome to move hotels frequently.  Not to mention - cruising is a very economical way to see a LOT of this beautiful world God has created.

Over the coming weeks we will explain more about us, our travel styles, and we will begin documenting all of our travels, including past trips as well.  Our goal is to guide you to achieving your perfect cruise.  We hope to provide advice, lessons learned, and helpful items in all one place.

Fair Warning - Neither of us are writers, or professional bloggers.  We come from IT & Finance backgrounds.  Expect spelling/grammar errors, but we hope to build an amazing community here!

Follow us on Social Media as well!  We'd love to get to know you better!

Thanks for taking this journey with us - we hope to lead you to future cruise and other types of travel success.

Bon Voyage -

Mr. & Mrs. Cruise Navigator
